By using Botkisser in any Discord server, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.

Use Botkisser for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

Attempt to abuse, exploit, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any text or files you submit through Botkisser. We don't claim ownership of your content, but we reserve the right to remove it and take action against your access if it violates these terms.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to restrict or ban any user or server from accessing Botkisser at any time, for any reason, with or without notice — especially if you're violating these terms.

6. Disclaimer

Botkisser is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We're not liable for anything that goes wrong as a result of using the bot.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Botkisser after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
